Good intentions often don't last long. Why is it so difficult for many people, despite better knowledge, to reach for healthier foods? Why do we continue to eat even when we are full? Mindful eating helps participants positively change their eating behavior, as all their senses are engaged in the process. Mindfulness can help interpret the body's signals correctly again. Participants learn about the connection between emotions and food intake and how stress affects our eating behavior.
