Chronic stress, inner restlessness, and sleep problems are common precursors to burnout. When the body is constantly on "alert," breathing, energy, and recovery become unbalanced. In this workshop, you will learn how to recognize warning signs early and take countermeasures.

Dr. Magdalena Mischkounig - a specialist in general and family medicine - will clearly explain what happens in the body during stress and which simple methods can help restore balance to the nervous system. Through practical exercises involving breathing, elements of Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation, and a guided imagery exercise ("Place of Safety"), you will experience firsthand how self-regulation can be effectively achieved.

The goal is to find ways to consciously relieve yourself even in a demanding everyday life, regain energy, and take the first steps towards burnout prevention.

Note: No prior knowledge required. Please wear comfortable clothing.
