Meditation can be a way to bring more serenity, calm, clarity, and contentment into your life. This evening, we’d like to invite you to dive into Kundalini meditation according to Osho. It’s a form of movement meditation designed to help you find peace and stillness through physically active phases. Experience the relaxing and grounding effects of Kundalini meditation, which helps you shift your focus from your thoughts to your body awareness. Feel the liberating and releasing power of Kundalini meditation as you let go of everything you no longer need through movement. Notice how your life energy begins to flow and your body becomes more supple. Afterward, linger in silence and relaxation. This meditation offers you a way to release stress or tension at the end of the day and find your inner balance and peace.
