Perhaps you also know the feeling of restlessness, stress, or a perpetual stream of thoughts in your inner world. Meditation can be a way to bring more serenity, calmness, clarity, and contentment into your life. On this evening, we would like to invite you to immerse yourself in the Kundalini meditation according to Osho. It is one of the movement meditations designed to transition from physically active phases into tranquility and silence. Experience the relaxing and grounding effect of Kundalini meditation, which helps you move from the realm of thoughts into your body awareness. Feel the liberating and releasing power of Kundalini meditation as you let go of everything you no longer need in movement. Notice how your life energy begins to flow and your body becomes more supple. Afterwards, linger in silence and relaxation. This meditation offers you a way to release stress or tension at the end of the day and find your inner balance and peace. The beautiful atmosphere of the monastic abbey garden supports you on your journey to greater calm and peace within. Please bring: exercise mat (or similar surface), blanket, cushion, comfortable clothing. If you prefer to meditate on a chair in the meantime, feel free to bring a folding chair.
