In the merry month of May, the meadows are full of edible wild herbs, but what are they and how can they be prepared?
During a short herb tour, we will take a look at what the meadows have to offer. Afterwards, we will use the wild herbs we have collected, such as garlic mustard, meadow bedstraw, ribwort plantain, and much more, to prepare a varied and colorful buffet. Together, we will end the evening with food and drink.
