With a guided meditation, gentle impulses, and the supportive effect of sound, your nervous system can relax – and you can gradually dive into your inner peace.

• Arriving at yourself.

About the Speaker:

Anne Seidel
Resilience Mentor & Breathwork Trainer

I have been working in retail for about 20 years, and after more than 7,500 successful sales transactions, my professional path began to shift: I increasingly took on the responsibility of not only empowering people in sales but also guiding teams, supporting employees, and assisting leaders in their daily lives.

It became increasingly clear to me how much pressure, high expectations, and constant stress affect people. Many function well on the outside, yet internally they are exhausted, tense, and can hardly find any real peace.

This is where my heartfelt work today began. I decided to deepen my knowledge, completed my training as a mental coach, and specialized in resilience, stress regulation, and breathwork.

Because I recognized:
Those who learn to breathe consciously can directly influence their nervous system, reduce stress, and feel more stability, clarity, and strength.

Today, I support not only leaders and teams but especially people who carry a lot. People with responsibilities. People under pressure. People who long for relaxation, want to switch off, and wish to reconnect with themselves.

With coaching, breathwork, meditation, and practical impulses, I help to let go of burdens, build inner peace, and gain new energy.

Because sometimes change does not begin on the outside, but with a single conscious breath.
